From start to finish, they were very professional. I appreciate that they took time to explain everything to us.  The windows are beautiful. Drop clothes  were put down everywhere. They took their time, we’re careful and did not rush removing or installing. I was referred to Redbud through someone that did an another project for us. Personally, I have found that referrals like this are reliable and helpful. I am confident that IF anything should arise that they will follow through with their customer service. We purchased new windows for our home and couldn’t be happier! They made the window selection process so easy and didn’t try any pushy sales tactics. They handled the installation seamlessly and we couldn’t have asked for a more professional experience. Windows went in great and the result has been amazing. Redbud’s team did an excellent job installing my new custom door. No mess was left. They were amenable and flexible with my schedule conducting install over the weekend. Great process from first consultation to the installation and follow up.  Lane, the owner personally came out to do the measurements and to work with us on deciding how best to replace some cracked windows and others who had lost their seal.
His lead Moices, and the crew showed up on time for the 1.5 day process.  In total, they replaced 15 windows. The team knows what they are doing.  Even with the occasional assistance/interest of a fascinated 18 mo. old, they stayed focused and professional.  They cleaned up daily and took all the debris. The owner followed up and wanted to come back to redo a bit of caulking that didn’t quite meet his standards. It looked ok to us, OBTW.  I would recommend this company to anyone
